Tai Chi with Shibashi Class

will improve balance and dexterity. Slow and safe moves will develop inner strength. Also, improving joint issues
and calming the mind. We will be warming up with Shibashi (a Qigong 18 Form
Practice) This Form keeps the Chi (life force energy) moving and creates a path
for the body to heal.
